Our molding systems utilize wood and metal matchplates along with cope & drag, no-bake tooling and single loose patterns.

Core making is done by the shell core, oil sand and no-bake methods.

With the flexibility of flask sizes from 0.12 inches square to 12 feet square, our foundry can pour to your specifications in any time!

There are three foundries in our company .  with annual production capacity of 500 tons of Aluminum Castings , 300 tons of Brass/Copper Porducts and2,000 tons of Iron/Steel Castings . The maximum weight of casting is up to 4,000,000 pounds. the company occupies an area of 24,000 square feet with building area of 5,300 square feet. There are 180 employees, and 24 of them are professional technicians.
